Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Lanzello Field Ops account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed and what is retained.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open Lanzello Field Ops and sign in.
- Go to the home screen’s Account section and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. (If you are the only active administrator, assign another administrator first — the app won’t let the last admin delete their own account.)
Can't access the app?
Email us at Tom.oneill@morninglap.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity with your employer and complete the deletion.
What is deleted
- Your login and identity (you can no longer sign in).
- Your profile: name and phone number.
- Your in-app messages.
- Your time-clock and location history.
- Your registered devices (push notifications).
What the company retains
Job records the company keeps as business records — job photos, work orders, change orders, materials, and job notes — are retained, but your name is removedfrom them. This is a legitimate business and recordkeeping need (for example, a completed project’s photos and signed work order remain with the company).
