Privacy Policy

• Account information given to you by an administrator: your name, email address (your login), phone number, and your role (admin, office, employee, subcontractor, or homeowner).
• Location. While you are clocked in, the app records your device location (including in the background, when enabled) so your administrator can see crew locations and assign work. The app does not track your location when you are clocked out.
• Photos you take or upload for a job, including the location where a photo was taken.
• Work activity you enter: job details, checklist completions, and clock in/out times.

We use this information only to operate the app’s features for the Company: showing assigned jobs, live crew locations, checklists, job photos, work orders, and time records. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers below that make the app work.

Access is restricted by role. Administrators (your employer) and office staff can see crew locations, photos, checklists, and account details. Employees and subcontractors can see only the jobs they are assigned to and their own records. Homeowners use a read-only client portal limited to their own project — its schedule, progress photos, and a channel to message the office; they cannot see costs, internal notes, crew identities, or any other customer’s job. If an administrator removes your access, you are signed out and can no longer view any information in the app.

• Supabase— hosts the app’s database, file storage, and authentication.
• Apple App Store / TestFlight (and Google Play, if used) — app distribution.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Account, job, checklist, photo, and time records are kept while you are an active member of the Company’s crew and as needed for the Company’s business records. Location history is retained for operational review and may be periodically purged. On request from the Company, your account can be deactivated and your personal data removed.

• You can turn off location permission in your device settings at any time; doing so disables live location sharing (and may limit clock-in features).
• To access, correct, or delete your information, contact your administrator or us at the address below.
• You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time — in the app (Account → Delete account) or via our account-deletion page.

The app is for working adults only and is not directed to anyone under 16.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by the Company.
